The intersection of computer graphics and science is an exciting and rapidly growing area of research. We warmly invite submissions from the community, with junior researchers particularly encouraged to participate.
All accepted work will be presented in a poster format. Outstanding submissions will be recognized with Best Paper Awards, including a cash prize.
Don’t wait—see the details below and submit your work!
If your graphics research has a science story—or your science needs graphics tools—this is the venue. We are interested in work where core graphics techniques meet real scientific problems. For example:
We welcome work across scientific domains—structural biology, materials science, medical imaging, fluid mechanics, climate science, drug discovery, and beyond—as long as the contribution involves graphics methods or could benefit the graphics community.
We support two submission formats:
All submissions must use the ACM SIGGRAPH template. Specifically:
All submissions must be made through the official SIGGRAPH Linklings submission portal. Authors will need to create an account if they do not already have one.
All submissions will undergo single-blind review. Author names and affiliations should be included in the submission. Reviewers will not be anonymous to the organizers but will remain anonymous to the authors.
All accepted papers (both extended abstracts and full papers) will be presented as posters during a dedicated poster session at the workshop. Authors are expected to prepare a poster and be available to discuss their work with attendees.
A subset of accepted papers will be selected for lightning talks (5–7 minutes each) during the main workshop program. Selection will be based on reviewer scores, topic diversity, and potential for stimulating discussion.
A Best Paper Award with a cash prize will be presented to an outstanding submission, selected by the program committee. Both extended abstracts and full papers are eligible. The award recognizes exceptional novelty, technical quality, and scientific impact.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for SIGGRAPH 2026 and attend the workshop in person to present the work. Papers without a registered presenter may be withdrawn from the program.
